I am heartsick.  But, life being what it is..finite.  Nothing we can do about that.

I got to see him live in concert in Annapolis about 2 years ago.  He looked well, healthy, and made a great joke about the Air conditioning being turned up too high...  something about the band being of African descent...they don't need that kind of artificial cooling that goes somewhat against the grain of the African or African American physiognomy..and for (fuck's) sake can you please turn it down???  The audience was rolling with laughter.
