It's coming back to me in a hazy kind of way. I remember Fiachra getting a bit queasy on the boat (the swells were still horrendous after the storms) whilst me Urs and the girls voraciously ate chicken in gravy with veg. I told Fiachra that a wicked wizard named Brad (from America who hated me) was trying to sink the boat and that I had the power to stop him but it needed a promise from him to be hereafter good. Ireland was flooded as soon as we got there and I kid you not when I say we almost lost a whole town (Clonmel). the rest is a warm haze of Guinness clouded happinness. It's a different place now flooded with money. I should move back. we all love it to bits and the kids I think feel more oirish than english...sigh...no smoking in pubs...thank god. learned more about the election there in a day than here in a week. Ireland is very pro America...family faith and flag...I can make sense of it all now
