You're saying two different things now Dale. First you say - right or wrong, keep it out of the courts - then you say - states shouldn't be putting potentially unconstitutional measures on a ballot in the first place. Well Dale, it's pretty much a fact that ballot measures sometimes don't pass the constitutional test. Then what? Should we all just suck it up and let the majority rule?Dan
