Regardless of the outcome, yesterday was a good day. It was great to see so many people participate. and the problem of the last election, minimized. We may remain divided but I am still a bit surprised to find myself remaining hopeful for our collective future. With the elimination of Bush's need to think about re-election I am also hopeful that a clear and positive path for our nation can be forged at home and abroad.

Kerry ran a solid race but failed to broaden his appeal beyond the Bush bashers. in the end it just wasn't enough.

Still waiting for my email from Michael Moore. His slackers, don't seem to have shown up. Like him or not, we will always need a loud voice of dissent.

May the next four years see us move forward together.
