It sounds to me like the 100,000 is a bogus number. In all reality there has probably been a decrease in inocent deaths because of Saddam's capture. If this were the case though don't expect to hear Dan Rather tell you about it. Why do you suppose that is? A man with an agenda perhaps? Nah.
