How do you explain fire to a fish...well not by trying to turn him into some other fish or not by treating a fish as a mammal or indeed a camel.

I don't know enough about arabic culture but I think sometimes we mix up the culture and religion...I think the beheading and all that stuff has more to do with arabic culture than Islam...they just try and sneak the religious justification into it...they're obsessed with cutting on pieces of the anatomy...hands, heads. they can't handle the same things as westerners they like it different.
