Can someone tell me how the hell to open a music cd by tugging on that little "pull" tab to get that adhesive strip off in one piece? 

Who is the idiot that came up with this system?  It must have been developed so that any potential shoplifter would spend ten minutes trying to crack open a cd jewel case until finally giving up on the damn things.

No wonder illegal downloading prospered - people were too damn tired of trying to open the cd case in the first place.
