It surprises me that folks as savy as Liddy don't seem to be aware that Clinton is no longer eligible to run for the oval office, he's not on the ticket and I would hope that those who don't realize that would not vote at all.

Logic would indicate that

a. Republicans believe that Clinton did nothing right, in the above example we know that they think it was a serious fuck up when Clinton did these things.

b. Given the logic of a. then we can assume that they must be agreeing that these issues given are a major fuck up for both Clinton and Bush.
