This organization conducts what it calls Democracy Schools. I have contacted the author, Ken Picard, in hopes of finding a copy of the article(Bad Company) online. The link that comes up on Google isn't dead but has been replaced with the following weeks feature article. If I hear from him I will let you know, promise.
