(As I mentioned, when someone asked about this, I had not yet seen the movie, so I was at a disadvantage).

Okay, you bring up a good point, but here is an alternative point.  I don't think Moore was necessarily trying to say Bush was bad and Hussein good, but instead that all wars are bad for innocent civilians and that for innocent people in Iraq, times were better since Hussein's worst behavior had been contained since 92.   

This issue will probably have to be revisited when civilian casaulties are finally tallied.
