Kevin, you say this "There are far too many people who served closely with Kerry standing up against him for me to pass it off as nothing." But this is %100 wrong. The people who served most closely with Kerry are all behind him. It's the people who didn't serve with Kerry or those who are changing their stories from a few years ago that you are believing. You are believing the people who were hired so long ago by Nixon to smear Kerry and not the guys who were actually on Kerry's boat. How does your logic fit in with those who served on Kerry's boat? Or how does your logic fit with the Chicago Tribune editor who served side by side with Kerry (not just somewhere in VN) who says Kerry's story is legit? Do you just think those guys are lying? I don't think all of the SBVs are lying. Some are - particularly the head of the group. Most of the rest probably just don't like what Kerry did after coming home from VN. One of them was actually quoted as such. I think this is going to only hurt Bush more than Kerry. Can you imagine Bush bringing this up in a debate. You know Kerry is going to bring it up. What can Bush say? Can he stand there and say that he doesn't believe Kerry's story? He'll just look like a fool.
