I did think Dean was the best candidate the Democrats had to offer, but I didn't "throw my support" behind him so much as I tried to point out that he wasn't the progressive far-left candidate people were making him out to be. For a guy who harnessed the power of Internet campaigning so effectively, he did a remarkably bad job of responding to the attacks of his opposition. His enemies managed to define the public's perception of him almost from the outset. That stupid "Dean scream" was just the final shot fired.
If I could talk to him now, I'd give him a piece of my mind for completely turning DNC shill and telling his supporters that a vote for Nader is a vote for Bush.
