John Walters, the Drug Czar, says that the Feds have the right to supercede all state laws, and seize marijuana legitimately used in medical circumstances.

Also, it occurred to me that use of the term "czar" is itself fascist, as it denotes a socialist militaristic position. Can the repeal of the posse comitatus act be far behind? That is absolutely the agenda behind the drug war --- the all-out assault on personal liberty and freedom. It was through the drug war that these pigs got the first rights of search and seizure, and unlawful detention, without probable cause or warrants of any kind.

So, like you I also wonder:

When are the Feds going to leave us alone, especially as none of us are citizens of the USA, but sovereigns of the individual states we all live in?

I cannot be a "citizen" of AmeriKa, as the flag of the country I was born in, did NOT have a gold fringe along its' border! That is representative of USA, Inc. and NOT America!
