Icon A Writer With No Dictionary? WTF?!?!?!?

Dan said the following:

Is anyone else buying the 1800's dictionary argument?

Dan:

Well, let's see . . .

I am a writer who was first published in the mid-1980's --- and I have stated here several times that I collect rare books. Additionally, I spent fifteen years working in the commercial printing business.

So --- obviously with the three things above being TRUE --- the idea that I wouldn't have a vintage dictionary is completely ridiculous. I have over 100 rare books in my collection --- even including a dictionary from 1898 --- which I bought many years ago.

Yes everyone, Dan and I do not like each other.

However --- because with the larger issues that I wrote extensively in the TRIAGE STUDY MODULE --- all Dan wants to do is argue nonsense that does not matter --- and is largely a waste of everyone's time --- most especially mine.

But when Dan read over the PDF I sent to him --- he couldn't find anything about which to nail me --- so he starts this nonsensical argument about what --- an apostrophe? Over the fact that he cannot spell correctly? What was it even about, anyway? [yawn]

I guess they don't keep people all that busy in college these days --- and that is probably why our country is in such a mess.

One last thing Dan --- the reason why I do not say I am wrong is because I am not. Pretty simple, actually.
