The Kentroversy™ has officially begun!Greetings:First of all --- thank you everyone for your patience. Although I really do not understand what the cause of the problem
was --- I am happy to report that the problems are repaired. It
appears to have been a bug that exists when PDF files are uploaded
to certain versions of the APACHE web server application.What I had to do was upload the TRIAGE STUDY MODULE as a ZIP
FILE --- that has done the trick!So, to download the TRIAGE STUDY MODULE --- just right click on
the link and SAVE AS a ZIP FILE. The file is named triagesm.zip and the total contents of the file is
the PDF file which is itself named triagesm.pdf.I thank everyone for their understanding and patience --- I know
