Interesting list. I'm only familiar with three of the artists - Franz Ferdinand (will probably now buy it on your recommendation, as I've liked what I've heard), Maroon 5 (bought a CD single which put me off buying the album, but I got the song I fancied) and Kasey Chambers. Personally, I find her over-rated. I think you folk in the US are more enamoured of her than we are here. Mind you, country music is not my cup of tea, so I shouldn't stand in judgement...
