I was just out of school, newly married and needed a job and I looked at the military as a way to gain employment and some cash.  The glee in their eyes when I admitted the psych/social work background, they immediately started talking about Psy-Ops.  After one night of reading up on what that meant, I backpedaled back into the civilian world and never looked back.  Whew!

I'd prefer to use my powers for good.
