No Andrea, the question was tries to kill...to me the answer is obvious. I agree with Kevin, I don't see it as a "trick" question at all, but one that is very wisely succinct. There is a distinct difference between the two, which is at the basis of the argument I had with Mick. It didn't say inadvertently or unintentionally, or as a tragic byproduct of war, which may have been what you meant? I think that's what Kevin G was saying viz a viz the 9-11 movie.
