So, what kind of unique hobbies do people spend time on? One thing that I've really gotten into of late is espresso making. I've even started roasting my own coffee on the back porch. You haven't tasted coffee until you grind and brew real fresh roasted beans. I'm mostly into espresso and the like. As this is my first full summer in S.Florida - I've had to come up with an iced recipe. For me - two shots of espresso chilled with ice - strained into 10 oz. skim milk - with a couple dollops of foam on top. Good stuff.So - that's my new hobby. Others?Dan
