You and Pat have insinuated- and attempted to reduce- the whole issue to the left trying to "get' the President; that's the abuse is no big deal. You've thrown some wild charges around about John Kerry- none substantiated- in an attempt to contrast the "fraternity hazing" of Abu Ghraib with John Kerry's mass murder and rape (did I really hear that?) of Vietnamese civilians.

It's crap. And I have confidence that the great majority of the board sees it for what it is. Contrary to Pat's assertion that the board is "left" I think it's just made up of people who don't agree with you and him. You're the radical fringe here.

I suspect you've never been abducted at gunpoint, held without charges, set upon by dogs, or forced to masturbate for the camera by a snotty twenty year old girl. When you have perhaps you'll have some "cred" about what is, and what is not, torture. Report back and let us know.

In closing, if you and Pat are so goddamned rah rah about this venture why aren't the two of you hot footin' it down to the local recruiters office and signing up? I bet there are lots of vacancies on the prison detail open right now.
