aka "M" - Evil mastermind known to have launched several plans to take over the world. Initially wanted to "destroy the world" but then his top henchman "O" informed him that there was a rather large issue with that plan. Mainly that it would include their own destruction so they decided to take a different path.
Known to be the creator of "nanotechnology."
Invented with the idea that he begin his world takeover with the dry cleaning industry. Here's how Mr. M described "nanotechnology":
"Manufactured products are made from atoms. The properties of those products depend on how those atoms are arranged. If we rearrange the atoms in coal we can make diamond. If we rearrange the atoms in sand (and add a few other trace elements) we can make computer chips. If we rearrange the atoms in dirt, water and air we can make potatoes."
"M", as he is known in the evil circles in which he travels, still remains a top priority for law enforcement but the FBI has lost track of his whereabouts. The last known information we have is he was trying to rearrange the atoms of a cat, a jar of pickles, and the seats out of a 1967 Ford Mustang with pony interior into a swimsuit model.
