Kent,
Thanks for taking the time to fully present your view of things. You are nothing if not thorough.I'd like to follow-up on the following quote:
"In my own personal life and experience --- I have found that most of what people wish to dismiss is actually true --- when a proper investigation is done. I have conducted a few such investigations, and I can tell you that by my own estimate, 95% of what is heard on the news is either outright fabrication, or embellished to such an extent that it might as well be a lie. "
In my opinion, you see "agendas" where they don't exist, Kent. 95% of the news is fabricated or bears some semblance to a lie? This hyperbole won't attract believers to your cause. You yourself say that you no longer read or listen to the mainstream media. How then can you make such a comment? Look, Kent, I believe that conspiracies do exist but by and large, I don't think people can maintain them. Human beings talk, that's part of our nature. And as to your condemnation of the mainstream media establishment, I can't help but believe that there are many competent, dedicated reporters who would love to see Hoffman and Redford play them in a sequel to "All The President's Men". It's in their best interest to "break the big story". If we see conspiracies everywhere, then I believe we run the risk of missing them where they really do exist. I mean no disrespect with this response, Kent. Isn't it possible that with the hell that you have had to go through, going way back to childhood, that your "world view" is seriously impaired? Again, Kent, no disrespect. If I had to endure that which you've faced, I'd of folded long ago and retreated from the world.
Peter T.
