Does it Rock? Do I feel like God when I play it?
Don't know yet. I'm still learning the instrument's limitations and sweet spots at this point but it has a really solid tone...not a lot of variations when one adjusts the tone knob...the tone flattens out a bit as you roll the high end off...but this isn't so much for Jazz applications, so having the high end stretched out is ok with me. The tuners are a bit of a disappointment but I've got a great set of Grovers waiting in the wings. The only problem is the hardware is black and my extra grovers are chrome...but I was never one to shy away from sloppy looking guitars. Just look at my strat. (new sticker addition to the strat btw, an old Grateful Dead "Phil Zone" sticker has been modified to say "The Paul Zone." )
Does it make me feel like God? What does God feel like? Does God feel warm and fuzzy? Does God feel like velour or like astroturf?
Gotta fly,
