I'll say it again, a presidential election is covered by federal law. A state election is not. That is why the Fed supremes ruled on the Bush vs. Gore matter and why they refused to rule on the Torricelli case. Geez man, where did you find this rubbage? The NJ supremes seriously farked up (they changed the law), no ifs ands or buts about it. Don't try to make excuses for them now, it only looks that much more pathetic.
