I think he probably does for the republicans what Terry Mcauliffe does for the democrats.  I honestly don't know much about the man other than what Reg has posted here.  I don't imagine he's any worse a person than Mcauliffe.  I don't even know...who is going to be Kerry's hit man?  From what little I've heard it sounds as though Mcauliffe is a puppet of Clinton's making so who knows what role he'll play in Kerry's run.
