I think marriage is over rated anyway. I mean really, what's the point? You pay through the nose for everything remotely associated with the practice. And then after a few years more than half fail and then lawyer become involved and everyone ends up hating everybody. All because they HAD to be married. Most of my friends have now been married at least twice. "Sacred institution"? My ass. It's a joke to millions.
Marriage has (along with many other things) become disposable. But hey, if gay men and women want this so badly let 'em have it. BUT...be careful of what you ask for. You might just get it.
(Disclosure...I am VERY happily married to the greatest woman on earth. Barely an arguement in almost 10 years.)
