Well. Ok. Um. So, if this is the initiation of the powerful into a presumably secret society...the whole thing seems pretty DUMB to me. I searched for about 45 seconds for a better word, but DUMB fits perfectly.
If any of that is to be believed and if GWB went through it, I think they might have forgotten to remove the plunger.
