Do tell. Week before last, it took 5 days to get my burst pipes fixed. That's 5 days of either showering at the Y or melting snow and taking a sponge bath. Plus I'll get stuck with the electric bill for the heat guns that thawed the pipes. I have a friend who dropped 5k in plumbers fees - I shit thee not. But hey, the Pats won!
