11 degrees and sunny in Cleveland Ohio, where George Voinovich was kind enough to saddle us with Vouchers and Charter Schools.  Problem is, the Charter Schools are taking the money and running, leaving the kids with a sub-standard education.  The Cleveland paper has been running articles lately about one guy in particular from downstate who has schools (for Profit) in every major city and all of them have problems.  From unqualified teachers to buildings that should be condemned, the state investigators jumped on him but he's still in business.  Meanwhile, the state just released a study that found no difference on test scores between Voucher School Students (mostly inner-city Catholic schools)  and Cleveland Public School students.
