to say that nobody writes good music anymore. This is the exact same remark you'll find from a person who listens to nothing but classic rock radio and listens to nothing outside of the rock format anymore. No offense, but there is plenty of good music out there, the problem is, you have to find it, because people aren't buying. Who gives a feck about some sad cover of a Pink Floyd song going to #1 in the bloody British Isles. I've heard far worse done to many a better song and band. Come to think of it. Remember when LP format was popular on the radio? Well the top ten singles or Top 40 chart was a joke then and people were eating it up. Boy, some of those songs from the 70's were just true Art.
