Corporate greed once again raising it's ugly head.  Yeah they got punished...the article I read cited the settlement at about 100 and something million, plus they had to give 60 something million dollars of CD's to charity/benefits, but really...doesn't this just amount to a handslap?  That's not very much coin for these gluttons.

BMG and Sony tssk tssk....together they must own 98% of the commercial music industry.   I try to support small labels wherever possible.
