I would think its the attack itself, not the method, that makes it just as signifigant as any other attack. So if a US citizen was to launch something like this from a Radio Flyer vs a SUV at the Off-White House, would it too be insignifigant??
I am asking a genuine question.
Why would the method of delivery negate the importance of the security breech??
My point was not really to debate policy, but rather to wonder why any attack would be considered unimportant.
