For inspiration, I have ecologically handpicked twenty of the MOST SCARY MOVIE SCENES I've seen and then you
can decide for yourselves whether to watch the movies or not... mmmuuuha, ha, ha....

*** SPOILER ALERT *** SPOILER ALERT ***

'28 Days Later' (2002) - Running from zombies.

'Alien' (1979) - Well, I'm definetly not having what he's having...

'An American Werewolf In London' (1981) - The actual transformation, of course.

'A Nightmare On Elm Street' (1984) - First time you meet Nice Guy Eddie, ups... sorry, Freddie. (wrong movie)

'Don't Look Now' (1973) - When Donald Sutherland finds his "daughter".  Well, I did say don't look now.

'Friday the 13th' (1980) - The end when Jason jumps out of the cake.

'Halloween' (1978) - Mike Myers face appearing behind Jamie Lee Curtis in a house full of corpses.

'Hellraiser' (1987) - The first time you see Pinhead.

'Jaws' (1975) - When fisherman's head suddenly appears in boat hole under water.

'Psycho' (1960) - Shower scene.  The reason I never shower.

'Ring' (1998) - Sadako crawling through the television.

'Se7en' (1995) - The discovery of the rotting man.

'The Blair Witch Project' (1999) - Heather Donahue in tears in the forest.

'The Evil Dead' (1981) - The general chaos in the Sam Raimi classic.

'Exorcisten' (1973) - Spinning head and vomiting.  Without doubt, THE scariest movie EVER.  And it's 30 years old!

'The Omen' (1976) - Oscar winning score.  David, care to comment on that?

'The Shining' (1980) - "Here's Johnny!"

'The Texas Chain Saw Massacre' (1974) - Leatherface masks, meat hooks and chain saws.

'The Thing' (1982) - A man's chest suddenly caves in during resuccitation attempt.

'The X-Files' (1993) - Episode called 'Squeeze' with the Tooms character.

But after all, they're only movies, right?
Honorable mentions:

'Twilight Zone - The Movie' (´1983) - You wan't to see something really scary?

'Phantasm' (1979) - The Silver Sphere!  Duck!

And in case you were wondering, yes, I have no life.

Sincerely,
Count Don Pedro The Impaler
