Not sure if it has been widely shown in the media. They seem to talk about it but nobody shows it. Trump denies it is real, it is real, but he may not have done the drawing of the woman's body on it, he did however sign the letter intentionally where the pubic hair on the drawing would be. 

So, just getting right to it, 31 seconds into this video you will see the letter, on Trump stationary. I do not know about the naked body drawing, that could be something Trump added, but it almost looks like it was some sort of premade stationary with a nude on it and the wording was added to fit inside the nude. Honestly, I can't say but since the media makes a big deal about this thing and then does not show it, I thought, well, let's look at it. 

You will also note that weirdly the note is blurred at the boobs and bush parts, why I have no idea, it is just a drawing but whatever. The note is typed, so probably someone else typed it, but yes, Trump uses his signature as pubic hair. Classy!
