I definitely have some depression issues, yes. I really have to stop listening to the news in the car when I am out driving around. It is insane. 

I mean there is the occasional funny thing that happens, like Elon Musk is having sex with Stephen Miller's wife. That's weird and comical, in that Musk and Miller are both a couple of Nazi loving freaks, which means that Katie Miller has some really fucked up taste in men. I can't really fathom how any woman would be attracted to Stephen Miller. At least with Musk she is sleeping with the richest man in the world, so she is chasing the money but outside of his wealth, he's a drug addled loser that barely comes across as human. 

I got in the car the other day, turned on the radio and heard a Republican senator telling a town hall, her own voters, she did not care if they died. I mean, someone said to her if Trump's big bill gets passed those that lose their health insurance would die and she said "So, what. Everybody dies."

Hearing it was one thing, but then I saw a video of her saying it and she smirked when she said it. I was thinking, yeah, these people voted for this. The people you voted for are telling you to go die. Straight up. The senator, Joni Ernst then filmed an "apology" to her constituents for telling them to go die, but it was a sarcastic apology where she told them "No really, go die, accept Jesus as your lord and savior and die." 

The next story was about USAID being destroyed and how the death toll for that so far was already at 300,000 and counting. This includes children. Open cruelty. And Ernst here telling Americans just go die, we are taking your healthcare and everybody dies, so just get to it. 

I remember that Republicans once ran on a lie that Democrats doing government healthcare for all would mean that they would decide who lived and died, that Democrats would "Kill grandma!" if they instituted a government healthcare program. Now, the Republicans are just openly saying to their voters, "Yes, we are going to take your healthcare and kill you. So what, everybody dies, now you will just do it sooner." 

This is what they voted for, it is what they will get. And we are already hearing what they will be told, "Yes, you will die, so what!" 

But you know, and Dan will like this one, our Health and Human Services Secretary took his grandkids for a swim in raw sewerage recently, because...well...why not? The goal of the Trump administration is to dump raw sewerage all over us...so, Bobby is just showing us all how to swim in it. We are supposed to like it, swimming in shit. 

Am I depressed? Of course. Saddest part is, this is going to get worse before it gets better. I am feeling quite sad. Spoke to a Trump supporter I know the other day. He has received a letter about increasing prices and the inability to source aluminum thanks to the tariff madness. Steel prices about to soar here. He was upset about it and I said, "So, are you rethinking that Trump vote?" and his response was "No way, I'd vote for him again. I hope he runs a third time."

I could only shake my head. These people will literally be sent to their grave for this greedy moron. It is amazing to me and just heartbreaking that people are more loyal to this buffoon than to their own country, family, or friends...and really even themselves. They choose enriching him over doing what is best for them. It's mindboggling. 

My thought is the tide will turn, but as a Republican I know always says, the only thing Republican voters understand is suffering and punishment, so it has to get worse for them before they will consider turning on the orange clown. It is going to get worse so, we unfortunately are being forced to suffer with them. 

In the meantime, they can consider the words of Joni Ernst, "Embrace Jesus and go die!"
