It's sad though probably predictable that things have spiraled down here with bitterness, acrimony, and hurt feelings. Still, I am certain that we all share genuine concerns about the suffering that's playing out on so many fronts. There's no proven antidote to Trumpism but there are ways to remain sane, healthy, and strong.
For my own wellbeing, I'm getting outside, looking at turtles sunning themselves on felled logs, admiring a beaver's lodge, reading (what I think) is quality literature, and truly marveling at the recent Webb Space Telescope photographs. The images are sublime; the product of humanity's intelligence, resolve, and cooperation. We're viewing the light from galaxies that extinguished themselves long ago, even before our Sun was created. Mind boggling in the best sense!
