All he/they have to do is visit the eBay.com (not endorsement here) and look under the Safe Harbour rules and regulations. I'm sure a tad complicated to proceed with, but after he/they do, eBay can remove any unauthorized or bootleg items relating to DB, as he/they see fit. My opinion (though you didn't ask for it); I suggest that DB or Doc contact eBay asap. Hey, it's our friends such as Pat and others that have graciously provided us wonderful DB fans a chance to hear some great live DB material, in various settings and sounds. I'd hate to see them end this agape love, brothers and sisters.
