Since you didn't specify, my "thoughts on the fellow" will be in regards to Michael Aquino.
He appears several times in the MK-ULTRA slave programming manuals--- photographs and everything.
He appears to be the highest ranking public official of the US fed gov that admits to being a Luciferian devil worshipping practitioner. This would be apparently the case, as people such as George Bu$h and his son "Horus" are not public about their Luciferian blood rituals. (Check out the intriguing story of Arizona Wilder for more on the Satanic involvement of the Bu$h crime family). I can also point you to some interesting information on her as well.
