It is very interesting to me how the topics of this board often stray so far away from music, which is what brought us all together in the first place. I take this to mean that the music of one Mr. David Baerwald engenders an atmosphere of concern and disgust at the surrent state of the world. We all care, but this caring shows itself very differently in each one of us.
The basis of everything I do and say is born out of three simple words, which I end each message with--- PEACE AND PRAYERS. I am hopeful that eventually GOOD will triumph over EVIL. That is why I do what I do. And, yes I am a huge pain in the ass to mostly everyone in my personal life as well. The more asleep someone is, the more I hassle them to TRY TO WAKE THEM UP!
I am sure everyone here is worthy of sharing a drink with at the local pub. Hell, I would even buy Richard and Jimmy a drink of their choice. No hard feelings here at all.
We all have our heroes, and this is another reason why we are all here. David's music has spoken to us all as individuals, and from that, we all gather here. Remember how you felt when you first saw the cover art for TRIAGE? That feeling has never left me.
The America we all love is currently in the intensive care ward, and may not survive the current onslaught against it. My only hope is that we all join forces instead of tearing each other down. What is accomplished in that? That I can insult you better than you can insult me?
