: I saw that tour! How cool, would it have been if they had toured together? performing the material they had all contributed to? Seems a shame to me.
I agree,
I remember when by a great stroke of luck I was (at the last minute) invited to see the Eagles "Hell Freezes Over Tour" at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Mayoral tickets no less.
On the trip there I wasn't aware that Sheryl Crow
was the opening act. Imagine my excitment when I heard a Tuesday Night Music Club song outside the stadium in the parking lot upon arrival. At this point I was unaware of what had gone down between TNMC's members, before her tour began. I gotta tell you I was dissapointed when we finally sat down, she was there alone, with a band that had been assembled which failed include
even one original member. No Baerwald, Ricketts, Gilbert, Macleod or Schwartz. I was fourth row and center for what could have been one of the best "complete" shows in my life. It wasn't to be... S I G H
They made a great record together.
Somebody F***ed it up.
Oh well, Henley looked terribly depressed that evening anyway.
