As often as Mr B. visits and posts to this board, if there was an imposter posting in his name, he could easily nail the ass of the said culprit (Dan probably also could recognise DB's written style). Also, since a number of copies of AFM have gone out on Ebay for $80 and up, it would make sense that there is a re-print so the people who have been profiteering don't get all the big $$$ in a fell swoop.
There are some people who make a habit of not signing their names, what are they upto?
