With due respect, after the findings regarding Marc Rich and Hugh Rodham, I really don't think that anyone in the country has any margin to tell anyone else about the pros and cons of the "new crowd of pro-business goons and their lackeys" At this stage it holds as much credibility as the Reagan/Bush supporters criticizing the last administration for selling too many arms abroad. (The only good embezzler is a left-leaning/funding embezzler?!)
The old anti-right-wing stool pigeons can be lined up once we've got to the bottom of whether the fuel crisis and economic crisis could have been offset by Clinton had he have worked as dilligently as Barbara Streisand claims. I'm trying to think of any country in the world that has ever *not* had big-business and her lobbyists around them - but we can worry about that later.
But then, I have to say that California is a shining example to the world (pun intended) of how good things can be if the show is run by leftists and eco-warriors. However much men in suits may cause you acid indigestion, compared to the other option that CA has taken it really is not that insurmountable!
Respectfully,
Richard
PS: - I received the cdtree cds - and IMHO `AFM` is one of the best albums I've heard over the last 18 months. Please keep the music going...
