If you do like John Gorka, I can commend the Scots folkie Jackie Leven. I haven't heard Gorka but a review described Jackie as `an angry John Gorka in a kilt`.
Musically, it's good celtic folk - and lyrically he gives Van Morrison a run for his money. Maybe JL's music is the place where Van would have ended up had he not become a `new age fool`... I'll let you decide.
