I noticed the Beatle influence throughout as well, consider "In my Own Way" which wouldn't seem out of place on"Abbey Road. Listening to this track for three
months, it felt like background, the "quiet one". Then suddenly it emerges from a dark alley, outside a lovely church, with broken beer bottle in hand, and cracks me
a GOOD ONE, over the ole noggin. It's
a brilliant piece of mood. David, can you break this one dowm for us? Who plays what, where was it written? what where you
going through? "Post Man" did the same thing to me, and that's just the beauty of listening to David's music. You never know when it's going to come clear to
you, or how it will communicate.
Thanks for the Venue.
