David has a writing credit on Kevin Gilbert's "Shaming of the True" for the song "FUN" great cynical biting lyrics. "gonna play the new madonna where she rips a fart, And then stand around talking about why it's art" I'm on my third listening now and itis such a treat, glad to see Kevin's material finally come to fruition. The disc is a bit pricey, $50+, but great art direction, illustration, a classy little package, makes me proud to be an owner. Kevin's influences really shine through here in these 13 tracks especially "Water Under the Bridge" which sounds alot like early Peter Gabriel Genesis. Check out the Adrian Belew/King Crimson-esque/ "Ghetto of Beautiful Things"not to mention the Baerwald kin "Parade" and "Johnny's other Song" which sounds like it was
spawned from"China Lake". "A Fine Mess" and "Shaming of the True" in basically the same month! Life is Good!
