I think that making those kinds of projections right now is premature. 

A: these are destructive people, not terribly bright, and without character, integrity, or any loyalty not based in either fear or greed. They will begin destroying each other, too.

B: the bureaucracies that they must destroy to achieve their goals are filled with experts at slowing things down, and those bureaucrats don't want to be destroyed.

C: Fascists always over reach. Their eyes are bigger than their tummies. And, again, they stab each other in the back at every opportunity. 

I think we have to expect to continue fighting holding actions for the rest of our lives. Nothing spectacular, just a continued sullen slowness, and a grim determination to continue speaking truth. To quote Rosa Luxemberg:

"Let every kitchen table be a general's desk, and every outing an ambush."
