It appears to me that Garth is playing pipe organ, synthesizer, and maybe a clavichord, that Robbie is playing harp guitar, that Levon is playing mandolin, Manuel is playing lap steel, Danko is playing contrabass, and that there are some offstage musicians contributing stuff, too.
