I mean again, I just don't think people can get a real picture of what is happening unless they read a lot of stuff. I don't think Mick wants his head buried in American politics and so why would he know about how things are playing out in our Congress. He's got enough to be concerned about with UK politics. 

I am sorry that I have to type a shit ton of words to explain it and I did not even get into everything in what I did write. I try to find a way to condense but I sort of type this crap out quickly and it ends up being a rambling, probably boring, mess. 

I guess I could break it down in a shorter way like this...

Biden could easily do an override of the Republican Congress stalling because quite simply there was existing bipartisan support for providing aid and arms to Israel. So, it is really kind of meaningless that Biden did that because it would have, with stalling, got passed anyway. 

The Republicans just threw up the roadblock of "Do a border deal first!" to intentionally create a delay and fight. And to try to make it look like Biden would not do a border deal...but surprise...Biden said I'll sign whatever border deal you write, give it to me. They send off their guys to write the border deal, Trump gets wind of this, he freaks out, starts calling his minions in Congress, tells them to kill their own border deal, and they do. So, a giant pile of rubbish politics. 

Now, on Ukraine, Biden wants to force the Republicans to vote on that, not do an executive order, because it will force the Republicans to show which of them stand with Putin and don't want to help Ukraine. Also basically rubbish politics, but this is an election cycle so everybody is looking to create ammo. 

That's it. I don't fucking know who would write that Biden was doing some personal thing for Israel...I don't expect Mick to fact check that, but someone writing for respectable media should fucking fact check that. That just adds up to me as, whomever wrote that is either really sloppy or has an agenda. 

I don't want this to come across as, I'm just protecting Biden, it's just the facts and logic do not support that Biden is acting out of some personal love for Israel. That should be seen as a dishonest take on it if a journalist is writing that.
