So, yes, I love Rip and Norman, for who they were. Maybe some of the time they were toxic. However, they were always true to themselves and what they brought to the table was all of their personal passions and creativity. 

So, my point is that when you bring together a bunch of people that are intelligent, passionate, submerged in being exactly who they are...well...somebody is going to get hit in the head with a hammer and someone will get a piece of their ear bit off. If not literally, then metaphorically. So, I would kind of expect it. However, the conflicts, whatever they may be, could be the seeds that grow into something extraordinary. 

Or, it could just be fodder for someone to continue posting it on the internet. There is value in it though, in that we get something out of it. Maidstone was not a great movie, sorry Norman, I've seen it, but that fight, well, there is something about that fight.
