I agree that this is totally f*cked up, but tRumps lawyers are arguing that he must be impeached and convicted in the Senate before he can be held criminally liable for his actions. Therefore, all he needs is 1/3 +1 in the Senate to vote not guilty and he's free. Which, my bad, is 34.
